well I thought since I like these trains and I am collecting some I would make a threat about my journey into this side collection I have first battery operated the list:
Victoria

jubilee
[Image: 20220101-205217.jpg]

BAKERLOO

face close up
[Image: 20220101-205231.jpg]

circle
[Image: 20220101-205646.jpg]
well I need to get Hammersmith and city later on to complete the main 6 of the battery operated range but then there's the internationals which will be interesting
now lets see the pullbacks that I own
circle and coach
[Image: 20220101-205741.jpg]

city
[Image: 20220101-205823.jpg]

Victoria and her coach
[Image: 20220101-205904.jpg]

well Hammersmith is not a pullback engine as he is technically a coach as he is a free roller
[Image: 20220101-210004.jpg]
I will get BAKERLOO and Victoria in the mail on Monday so that will be interesting to report here and after that I just need to find a pullback jubilee

now lets see the die cast ones that have sounds
jubilee
[Image: 20220101-210154.jpg]

and the ernie 1
[Image: 20220101-210206.jpg]
I will need to get the 5 other ones but I have very little interest in that as I want to finish the battery operated ones first
additional items
the set were I got jubilee, circle and BAKERLOO
[Image: 20220101-210303.jpg]
other things include the cards for the diecast as for the packaging
[Image: 20220101-210331.jpg]
so yeah that's my collection I was thinking of getting a Bachmann figure of ernie but that can wait so this collection is growing and it will not stop until I get most of the characters still a way to go
I liked tomy ever since I found out about it

Excellent T-Real. I have always wanted to see a collector of Underground Ernie motorized trains as I haven't found one yet. Looking forward to watching your collection grow. Are you also going to add the Sets to your collection?

well well these came Tuesday due to bank holiday so I finally was able to have a closer look new addition to this collection: a pullback bakerloo I got these on an auction on eBay and I put £4.99 as the bid and it was the same one so I won here are Victoria and bakerloo
[Image: 20220105-184220.jpg]

now lets have a closer look at bakerloo with his coach
one shot
[Image: 20220105-184231.jpg]

second shot
[Image: 20220105-184237.jpg]

and side shot the coach is almost as close to length to the engine but that could explain why circle has 4 doors instead of six on each side because if it did she would be almost as long as the coach
[Image: 20220105-184247.jpg]

now lets look at the coach
[Image: 20220105-184256.jpg]

and another shot of it
[Image: 20220105-184330.jpg]

bakerloo is the same although his logo is a bit higher than the battery operated version
[Image: 20220105-184342.jpg]

now lets look at some diferences between the pullback and battery operated one
[Image: 20220105-184352.jpg]
face wise the pullback had a few inconsistencies mostly in the cheeks and paint

pullback has no hole or inside for the battery the battery operated runs by batteries the pullback is obvious
[Image: 20220105-184400.jpg]

the battery operated one now seems complete
[Image: 20220105-184438.jpg]

now lets look at Victoria
[Image: 20220105-184632.jpg]

the middle is pullback (old)
the one on the left is the new pullback I got
and the one on the right is the battery operated one
[Image: 20220105-184637.jpg]
the coaches will be seen later

and a shot of my 3 Victorias
[Image: 20220105-184723.jpg]

now lets look at the coaches and some differences
colour differences
[Image: 20220105-184519.jpg]

face paint difference ones dark the other is light
[Image: 20220105-184523.jpg]

the new coach on the bottom has big pins on one side the old one on top does not
[Image: 20220105-184538.jpg]
well I will definitely remove the ugly sticker mark left on the coaches and yeah I got them I am happy but Bakerloo's back at the coach is somewhat yellow I will deyellow in the future so its not ugly one more pullback to finish the main then battery operated Hammersmith and city
I liked tomy ever since I found out about it

I have never seen a Bakerloo with a Coach before. So I assume the motorized version never had a Coach released and you have added the coach from a Pullback Bakerloo? If so, it looks to be a perfect match.

yes precisely pullbacks have the coaches but the battery ones don't they perfectly match

well I purchased this lot with 6 engines and 1 coach and it was a good one it was a bid but it had best offer so I offered £9 and In total I paid £13 so I got it today
the items that were on the lot go as followed
[Image: 20220118-161459.jpg]

jubilees coach
[Image: 20220118-184718.jpg]

the back
[Image: 20220118-184722.jpg]

and here it is with jubilee now he's complete
[Image: 20220118-184738.jpg]

a new addition Moscow from Russia
[Image: 20220118-184815.jpg]

the face the thing he has on the hat is the Russian star I imagine
[Image: 20220118-184820.jpg]

on the bottom its different as it would have a long stick in the back to stop the engine and doesn't have the square that is on the other main six his button goes down when pressed with batteries and when off it goes back to the position it was before
[Image: 20220118-184827.jpg]
now you can see that Moscow and circles bottom are different
[Image: 20220118-194717.jpg]

a bakerloo that is somewhat corroded but makes a lot of noise
[Image: 20220118-192904.jpg]

second bakerloo that makes somewhat noise but is still quite slow
[Image: 20220118-192917.jpg]

circle who is slow and was at one point played with
[Image: 20220118-192930.jpg]

Victoria who goes slow thanks to her I used some parts to make my Victoria a better runner
[Image: 20220118-192943.jpg]

and a battery operated Hammersmith
[Image: 20220118-194624.jpg]

his face is good as I replaced it with my pullback one better condition
[Image: 20220118-194627.jpg]
overall I got a good selection of characters and I could use some of the repeats for parts now I just need a battery operated city after that I will be on the look out for Osaka and Paris who will be a little difficult but I will have the main 6. Before circle Victoria and bakerloo had coaches but now jubilee does he's one of my more favourite characters and I am happy he's complete with the others

Well you certainly got a great price for such an assortment T-Real I have to say that I have not heard of or seen that Russian one before. Are you saying his name is Moscow?
