Does anybody know the official name of this cargo loading station? I am curious what that yellow thing on to the top track level does and what rolling stock it comes with.

I knew the 'Master Researcher' would figure it out.
Not shown in the Plarail Museum, but the entry for the revised (2010) version shown by Super refers to it. It should be in the 新動力時代初期②(1995〜2001年頃) "Early new power era ② (around 1995-2001)" section.
