Curious about Percy...he is not tender driven so why this? Is it just the face? If so, can the face be swapped with a regular Percy? I also wonder why the maker went with just one AAA battery when there is room for 2  run Parallel which should make them run longer.

Salty looks great and is a nice character, I love him so much! And his face with that tooth... 

I have Plarail version and both red & green Chinese knockoffs. The latter have some problems on double track switches (oddly enough, the red one with the right switch, and the green one with the left), but otherwise they are really useful engines!

A few years ago, I remember seeing the green salty (counterfeit) on ebay and I was confused about why it was being sold on it's own and not in the greatest moments pack like it's supposed to.
I could not come to a proper conclusion, and one of the things I thought was that maybe these people in China repackaged some green saltys for some reason (I didn't know these were counterfeit back then).
I was also similarly confused with the counterfeit yellow rheneas.

A Silent Tully Version

IMHO this new variant actually looks best among the three. Maybe it's because of absence of the white colour (eyes/mouth), I don't know... But compared to this new face, the other two look a bit psychotic!
