Strange Track Piece?

I assume that this strange track piece comes in some set but I don't recognize it. Looks to have places for PlaKids to stand and those green areas might be there to perform some action like a train car dumping its load as it passes by. Anyone recognize it?

It looks like it might be missing it’s main feature/piece, and the station has just been put there to replace it?

Possibly. I would agree that the station was added as I can't recall any set that has one of these Rural Stations as a main feature of a special track piece unless it was a Stop & Go track.

If it does perform an action like dumping a load, it looks like it would work in both directions.

The mystery goes on.

I do have to guess since the video doesn't show it running in the opposite direction, that the Log Dropper also works both ways.
