Had a look at the TM Wiki, these are the TrackMaster Revolution (2014 Era) Talking James and Percy. (not the 2020 interactive Talking versions).

They do not actually use the old traction tires, that seems to be part of the stock photo mockups (at least the snowy talking Thomas I have has the geared traction tires)
