or use a smaller scale like plarail advance. I too have the same problem. I think I am going to switch to plarail advance. You should put some slopes in your layout and try to incorporate various types of tracks such as the cross tracks. Those tracks may a bit more room but it looks better.

The only problem is that i only have two slopes, and a riser. And I don't have any crosstracks.

Sounds like you need to research and pick up some interesting track pieces for future layouts.
Correct I do need some new track pieces. Far as research goes, I have been done for a day, just haven't gotten around to posting ant pics yet. I left the room for a minute to get a battery and my double header (thomas and Percy) came off the table. Broke thomas' front coupling. Need to fix that then I'll upload some photos.

UPDATE:
image.jpg (Size: 173.82 KB / Downloads: 75) Pictures of my finished layout. Added an abandoned track where wellsworth was. Moved wellsworth to the end of the tunnel. Moved tunnel to oppisite track and extended it a little. Added Toby's shed with Henrietta next to it. Put two more sheds in. One has a "damaged" side and added lego braces to look as if they hold the shed wall up. Small loop of road is at the end of layout instead of the middle. Also moved Trevor's field next to wellsworth and where Edwards siding is. I think that's about it.sorry I didn't post this earlier, I was filming my YouTube channel trailer. Hope to get it up Tomorrow. If not tomorrow then it WILL be up on Monday.

There is also a building that I would like to hear more about and maybe a close up picture of.Okay that was one of the buildings I got from my friend. I think it's a farmhouse. It's slighty damaged. Just noticed that I'll need to patch it Here is a close up photo. image.jpg (Size: 144.1 KB / Downloads: 59)

Thanks Rockinator
I like the looks of the house with a front porch, attic dormer and what could be an attached outhouse. Do you think that is home made or is there a manufacturers name on the bottom or somewhere. Do you happen to have a ruler nearby for the measurements? (12-27-2014, 10:32 PM)Super Wrote: Thanks Rockinator I don't have a ruler, it's HO scale and if you look in the back you can see Henry's tender and a Tomy turntable. Also a Phillips screwdriver behind the house that's about half a foot long. I think its homemade or has been repainted due to the fact that there is no serial number, manufacturer name and no company logo. It's nothing fancy on the inside just hollow and wood color. Sorry that it's th same photo. image.jpg (Size: 144.1 KB / Downloads: 51)

Thanks Rockinator
To me it looks a bit bigger than HO scale. That is why is was curious as to the measurements. |
