tomix and plarail advance

Does anybody here happen to own both tomix and plarail advance tracks and trains? If yes can the plarail advance trains run on tomix tracks? The reason I am asking is that it seems Plarail advance has the same scale as tomix plus plarail advance has limited options (i.e. types of tracks and buildings).

N scale, the wheels are different from advance to n scale but the advance can run on n scale straights and curves but not points.

thank you Ucwepn and sunhuntin. I guess the N scale buildings and platforms will be a perfect fit for the plarail advance.
