Not sure if I have seen this Plarail version of the  Original Semboku Liner before or, because of the painted in windows, is this a custom?. Am I just having a senior moment? Seen at the very beginning of this video.

It's a custom. The word オリジナル can mean 'original' (as per Google Translate), or it can mean 'unique; signature; exclusive; one-of-a-kind; custom'.
