It does look very nice Geris and the details are awesome. I prefer this Thomas over the original. Its like he grew up. Thanks for posting these pictures.
Here is a video by Suzukawa showing this beauty and some closeups of the old Thomas next to this special one.

Me too! Even though I have no idea what she is saying I love listening to her enthusiasm. She is going to make a great Mom with her toy expertise. I wonder if she may be working for someone who provides the toys for her because she is varied with what she has did unboxing videos of.
EDIT: Maybe the proof of this is at the 4:34 minute mark of her video at the 2014 International Toy Show where you can clearly see her wearing a "Press" pass. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v9tyYCVp...ukpNTYrP4Q Part 2 of her visit to the 2014 International Toy Show has her at the Takara/Tomy displays where they have the new, real life Thomas on display.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8MND0NHy...ukpNTYrP4Q
Very nice!

Oh man! and you have been waiting for this release for quite a while. What a bummer. I hope it will all work out for you. I am still in awe of the depth of some of the details on this Thomas. I do have one curiosity though...the front cab windows, the one has a circle in it but not the other. Is this something we might see in a real engine?
wow, he looks great! even the box is amazing!! what was the defect? hope you get a functional replacement asap!
