They're just bringing it to an end. I don't think this is the end for the franchise as a whole, though.

As far as I know. I haven't heard anything about new toys as of late but we haven't seen any new catalogs that would have them.

Unfortunately, this release will be nearly 200 dollars (as part of a 'Super Complete Box') and exclusive to the web store of Japanese children's magazine TV-Kun. Sad
