I guess they never made double (parallel) tracks in grey?

I sure wish they did Chrisjo and many other pieces that can only be found in the blue color like double length straights and curves, auto switches and 'B' sloped curves to name a few.

they did but they come with the sidewalls on them and they are hard to find.



At 1:53 you will see what i am talking about.  

Track engineering can be fun and can be painful.  You have a vision in mind but sometimes it doesn't turn out what you have envision.  I try to maximize the use of every square inch possible on the tables ha ha.

Those really aren't double tracks but simply elevated rails side by side using the rare long radius curves. Don't you have those rare curves that I sold you Leyland?

We are referring to these, at least I was

The elevated rails with side-walls (in grey) were available in sets for PlaRail Advance so could be got fairly easy until they discontinued the line...
Happily collecting things all my life... Big Grin

I think the gray elevated rails pre-date's the 2011 release of the Advance Line.

so no knapford station in your layout more importantly no monorail system?
