Also I remember once seeing a Talk N' Action Edward Package, Like a proto-type package, same style as the other TnA Japan trains boxes only with edward.

The first Talking Edward Plarail made was during the 2004-2006 era, with the attached mail car. Edward was never made into Talk N Action, and haven't found evidence that one was planned (most likely because Edward wouldn't have sold as well).

One was in proto-type Stages, But the line discontinued right before he made it out of testing stages, I saw a image of a talk n' action box once with edward with a mail car as his piece of rolling stock he comes with along with a attached tender.

It was awhile ago.
