Anyway, the engine is Jock! Jock's basis is a locomotive called Northern Rock, who was built specially for the Ravenglass & Eskdale Railway. At one point the Shuzenji Romney Railway, a Japanese line that draws heavy inspiration from European narrow gauge heritage lines, commissioned two locomotives from R&ER, which led to the creation of Northern Rock II, Northern Rock's identical twin! Along with Northern Rock II, the Romney acquired another engine based on Northern Rock, but one which was heavily modified and became their star steam engine, Cumbria.
