I'll just enter my previous message officially into the mix, slightly edited. Feel free if you need me to elaborate anything.

I was thinking of a board for all other Tomy and Fisher-Price Thomas ranges (Capsule Plarail, Wooden Railway, Take-n-Play etc) and create sub-boards in those sections for some merchandise if it is popular enough on here to warrant it, such as Brown Wooden Tracks, Take Along/Take-n-Play, and other Model Trains. Then perhaps another sub-board can be for all off topic Mattel and Tomy products (eg. Hot Wheels, Barbie, Chuggington, Pokémon) if enough broader toy collectors are on this forum, and then another for all other toys in general (eg. Hasbro franchises, LEGO) if there a lot of members that have interests in this.

My second point would be to merge Modification Gallery with How to modify guides as a sub-board.

Don't think that would workout good... cause it's easier to access without it merged

Okay, I wasn't sure how hard it is too edit the forum, but my earlier suggestion could still work without needing to merge boards and working with what's left.
