black troublesome truck shouldn't be difficult to get. Heck I got a bunch of them through acquiring several lots of Thomas vehicles.

Edit: I just found one listing. Is it worth that much? Hard to say.

Well the black troublesome trucks came with salty so all you need to find is a tomy salty with its trucks

My Tekolo Harold has been held at Hobby Search for a couple of weeks now since I am using the monthly shipping option waiting for other releases. I am not into the Tekolo Engines but I thought that this Harold with sound and moving rotor was more scaled to the regular Plarail line and would look good being pulled by a motorized Thomas or Friends engine. Thanks for the preview Muddy and look forward to Harold's appearance in a running video.
