Plarail 25th Anniversary limited promotional rolling stock 2017

I know we discussed these over here on this thread but has anyone else purchased them?

My speculation is that the 3rd one will be coming out in June as the other 2 are out already. I snapped up a few of these recently and was just curious. These should be in my next shipment which I should be instructing soon to have shipped.

The translation roughly from the image is:
"Plarail Thomas Series To those who bought 2000 items, in order of arrival, an anniversary freight car gifts at the shop! Different designs appeared for 3 consecutive months from 1st to 3rd!"

Oh, I have gone over and over picking a bunch these up for the Future World Collection but keep turning them away because they are in Japanese which is understandable. I think its a novel idea and if there were some in English, I no doubt, would have "Might As Welled" these to death. I am pretty sure I saw a red one listed on the Japan Auctions just yesterday which, I am guessing, is the 3rd one. Quite nice when they do these give always for around a 20 dollar (2000yen) purchase at the Plarail shops. Its a nice promotion and always end up as collectors pieces. For sure they know what they are doing as most trains are just under 2000yen and the buyers would have to purchase something else to receive the promotional item.

I would love to give you a Link but I saw that in a marathon browsing session last night where I look at every Plarail listing in the Japan Auctions...what about 9000 or more and don't remember where it was. And if it had a Buy It Now it may not even be there anymore. I remember this listing because when I saw it I had to compare it to the picture you posted because I hadn't seen one before. I am sure that if one shows up there will be many more to follow if they are now giving them away.

Hmm, yeah I just went through about 45 pages in the "single vehicle" category but not a one. I saw a few of the others still though. The may have had a buy it now though like you said.

I will keep watching for them though to complete the set.

It may have been in one of the other Catergories such as 'Other', 'Set', 'Scenic' or 'Rails'

These items are souvenir to be given to customers who purchase over 2,000 yen in "Toy Show" Event. The Toy Show event will hold in Tokyo in June, 2017.

The first two have definitely already been released. The third I am still looking for but it seems like they may have been released in April/May and the last in June or maybe March/April/May months.
