I was honestly surprised too! I actually got a free controller/transformer too! The 2037 I got needed some lubrication, but otherwise runs fine.

It's also apparently the most common, but the cheapest one on eBay that I could find was $100!

It actually runs flawlessly. Just needed a good cleaning and oiling.
