Info On This Set

I recently saw some pictures of this Percy set. From the looks of it, it's a face changing Percy, but I really didn't know they had a face changing Percy. I have seen it for sale an I honestly don't know if I should get it. Does anyone have info on this set?

This set was only seen in the pamphlets; it was never really released under HiT Toys.

It was never released, much like the Flip-face Gordon; seen, but never made.
