We have many hard to find trains especially here in the States. I am guessing but the rarest of all we own might be a recent purchase and its a new in the box C11 set I think.
You are very lucky to own one of those.
For me its the 40th anniversary Tinplate C53 43, a close second would be the C11, the pair of Disney trains, Yellow Shuppo and the Plarail Thomas snow plow set (with white track). Also there are some F units, Talk n Action magic rail Percy and James

Nice , You are lucky
Hmm, where shall I start. We have a bunch that would be considered rare and hard to find.
Thomas Themed: James goes buzz buzz, Flip face Toby, Old slow coach, talk n action diesel 10 towing dodge and splatter, umm probably some others I've forgotten. Non Thomas Themed: B20 steam loco, Yoshitsune and Benkei, Plarail Ship, Full set of Disney small steam locos, Shuppo bullet train and steam loco, Speedster from Egypt set, Red and Yellow versions of the original Plarail steam loco (Anniversary Set) and maybe a few others. Like Super mentioned. Rare in one country is not always so rare in another EG: Japan.
