I think this ebay seller is a collector / trader in Plarail models, as I've noticed in the past, that he often sells interesting and unusual items.
It's such a pity there are no reasonably priced, Plarail shops, in English speaking countries, as this lack of options leaves little alternative to collectors, other than buying from Jauce (with the fees that incurs) and then paying import tax can be expensive.
Some of us will be desperate. I for one will let this deal pass

Very nice looking and I love those working side rods...hmmm...maybe I will buy it just to tear it apart and see if I cab adapt those rods to a newer plarail steam engine.
