Info on this blue coach / van?

I don't remember seeing this item before. Any information appreciated.

I know I have seen this guy many times before but I can't remember what set or train he comes with. For some reason I keep getting something about ice in my head when I see it. I am sure there will be members who know exactly where it comes from soon.

I then checked and we have one in the collection but it says Sodor Ice Comp. on both sides. Strange the one you pictured has no wording.

On one we have the lettering is painted, not a sticker. This van might have also come with a different set although I don't know which set the Sodor Ice one comes with.

Yes that is the ice van delivery car.

I believe this car is also used as police compartment
