The steam one happens to look more like an actual E2 than any version of Thomas ever released. Surely it must've been modeled after one.

You have to hand it to Panasonic for a great marketing scheme, make toys with their product widely displayed on characters and trains to get the kids to associate Evolta battery with their toys. And good job on the custom trains also. Thanks Sunhuntin.
