More Info on These Wagons? - Super - 03-20-2015

Has anyone seen or know anything about these four wagons in this video? I have never seen the likes of them and are very neat. The screen capture picture is not very good as the video is in 420P only. You can seen these right at the beginning of the video.

He made the Hoppers himself they are customs looks like he took the tops of model train hoppers and affixed them to Tomy wheel beds

Thanks Geris. Wish we had a closer look at them. Its hard to tell at that resolution how good they really are but they do look pretty nice but may be a bit tall for passing through any 3" risers.

I've been re-visiting some of his other videos. Several extended funnels on view, so he probably doesn't do standard height bridge supports.

I like the way he's had a tame mole dig a cutting across his grass. I'm pretty sure that looooong train is running downhill.

I picked up three of these wagons at a toy and train fair this morning. Now for some fun! It looks to me like there's a better way of doing it; instead of sticking the body onto a Tomy chassis I think I can hack the original Hornby chassis to take Tomy wheels and axles. Watch this space.

(Incidentally there was not one single item of BPT-related merchandise in the whole place, but this little project will be ample compensation).
