Looks like a custom job. Traditional Chinese characters, which read "Hong Kong Harbour Mission Church". This is a real-life church.

Quite the neat looking model wonder if it was part of a set or something that the church produced. I was looking for a picture from outside the church on that Facebook page to see if it looked similar but couldn't locate one.
