spinning cranky cargo drop - trevor379 - 02-11-2015

hello everyone. I recently purchased this set. I only saw it at kmart. never at any other stores. when it was gone from there I never saw it again. I was wondering why? any info on this set?

All I can really suggest is that it was one of the last brown track TrackMaster sets made. I never saw that set in too many places, along with the other sets that came out at the same time. I bought mine from Toys R Us and they had the last few 2013 sets there.

thanks jdog. I didn't even know that it had a limited edition diesel!

Yes this is actually one of the best newer examples of very good engineering (like the precision of the engineering of the old log loader set or the conveyor belt set)...
The timing of Cranky's swinging arm after it's mechanism is tripped by the car is amazing and accurate..
It works very well and really is quite a feat!!!
It does also come with a special Diesel called "Diesel working hard" w/ rosey cheeks and distressed expression..very cool set!!

anyone tried the new bridge set yet as I have to admit the thought of Thomas on 2 wheels is a little amusing .
