For the beginning of the video I was wondering how is this train supposed to be powered magnetically like the box says and then laughed out loud when finally seeing it working...

Exactly the same here. I also wondered what he was going to do with those blue tracks he took out of the box, which can't be put together into any meaningful layout, and don't have any magnets (like the Takara Tomy Magnetic Levitation Linear liner Superconductivity Series L0 Special Set), but when they started "flying"...
It seems that the "romantic music" can't be turned off.
