Takara Tomy has made major announcements to Tomica - KNDYNT2099 - 02-15-2025
Takara Tomy has made an announcement of another price bump but also some major changes.
Starting in April, Tomica will now be box only and blister packs (regular line from No. 1 to 120) will no longer be sold.

Tomica will be going up in price. No announcement if Plarail and other Takara Tomy products will receive a price increase in 2025:

Similar to what Takara Tomy has done with Plarail Real Class to entice adult collectors, they will now have the Tomica + line:

Less plastic in the packaging, which we've already seen in Plarail with the ES series boxes which don't have windows.
Price rises between 3.6 and 11.1 percent in the few examples I worked out.
