Both will return older threads on this topic. Yujin is a Tomy subsidiary also associated with Capsule Plarail. Thomas and Percy candy dispensers were sold as rail sets, and individually. The candy is called 'ramune' (ラムネ), a compressed fizzy tablet candy, and looked like this, but I think there were various colours / flavours, another Thomas I've seen has brown candy in it.
