I was looking through jauce and found this:

It says tomy, but plamock, not plarail, also the tracks are wooden.
Just wanna know what this is.

As far as I know this is the only Plamock set that was released.

Wooden Plarail, released 17th April 2003. Not compatible with plastic Plarail, as you can see. As stated above, it was the only Plamock release.

At the Plarail Museum we are told that "there was no advanced set because it was a flop".
