I don't see this green EF58 train much, is it a Limited Release or Rare?

EF58 93: Preserved at JR East Omiya Works in green livery with yellow stripe along lower body.

Thats a neat video Ucwepn, thanks. I see several real trains that the Tomy ones were modeled after.
