Does Tomy own Ertl or vice versa? Or do they just create colab toys. While trying to nose around for info on any new releases coming I came across this page

I love the last item, the Farmall ride on peddle Tractor, its beautiful. Unfortunately I have to assume that it won't be as popular here in the States as here all the kids have motorized ride on vehicles and peddling is too much for the youths of today

@Super, ERTL's parent company, RC2 Coorperation was aquired by takara tomy in 2011. So yeah, tomy owns ertl.
