Automatic Railroad Crossing Kit ???

While snooping around Hobby Search, I looked closer at this 'Sold Out' listing and wonder if this neat 'Kit' might still be available elsewhere? Since they were so kind in listing the parts I suppose that one could probably buy all the pieces individually but I am not that good or confident with electronic ciruit boards. I like how the kit has everything included and might be adaptable in other uses.

Anyone know if there is a tutorial video or any video on these kits?

It looks like its still available although it doesn't appear to ship Internationally from the makers site. Will have to see if they sell on Amazon Japan or maybe use a buying agent as long as they can ship faster than by boat.

I am not sure if this site is still active since I can't read much about it in Japanese. The reason I say this is because at the bottom of the page it says...
Does this mean it hasn't been active since 2011?
