Strange Wagons - chrisjo - 11-10-2020 This is an image taken from Google Streetview. The location is Varna, Bulgaria. Does anyone know what these wagons are / were for? If you look at the cement trucks, they have to constantly spinning to prevent the cement from forming into solids.
