610mm gauge 1899 built for the Rand Mines on the Witwatersrand, in south africa, sadly scrapped. Roger is my OC, based on this steam locomotive.

Original character, like a character you created.

RE: Avonside 0-4-0t - Super - 10-30-2020

So you created a new character using a model of this engine?

RE: Avonside 0-4-0t - Dillon_Trinh - 10-30-2020

Pretty much.

RE: Avonside 0-4-0t - Super - 10-31-2020

Cool, have any pictures?

Remarkable locomotive, would like to see how you approached it. Took a foot plate ride, once, on a Porter 0-4-0 in Alna,
Maine, some years ago. Sort of a supreme five minutes in life, for me. I was wearing a white shirt. By journey's end
my nice, new, white shirt was peppered with cinders and burn holes. I asked if it would be necessary to pay extra for
the privilege!  Big Grin

Here we have the drawing of the Avonside 0-4-0t, it's the drawing of that photo I posted on October 30th. My character Roger is based on that locomotive.
