C62, D51, C57 etc?

Off hand I don't recall a List but that doesn't mean there isn't one. There are so many and many are variations of one or ones that have different numbers after the size letters/numbers. Maybe you could start a list here in the first Post and members can contribute what they know and you could add them to the List?
