Final Delivery From Japan - Super - 07-28-2019

Just received my Final Delivery from Japan.

I have been seeking out the A-18 Isuzu Vehi Cross for quite some time as they only show every so often and when it does the price always goes very high. I got lucky on the New in the Box one as no one else wanted to bid and I got very cheap compared to the others I have seen. This is beautiful and the best SUV in these motorized line of vehicles IMO.

I already have this version of the McDonalds Truck but mine has just a bit of minor discoloring of the stickers. This one which is new in its box is perfect and like the SUV above was won cheaply because there wasn't any competition.

I was very lucky getting these 2 in my final purchases from Japan.

@Super,

Is this your first Final Delivery? Second Final Delivery? Third Final Delivery? Or Last Final Delivery?

I'm not so good at counting but how many Final Deliveries equal one Last Final Delivery?

Ahem...as far as I know.............there is only one final definition:
So there is only one final final delivery.........why, what have you heard? Huh

It's like the farewell tour that never ends...

I'm beginning to think Super is Elton John in disguise, the number of 'final tours' he has had lol!

Are you guys saying that I am like a 60's Rock Band that just never goes away? Undecided

RE: Final Delivery From Japan - Nigels - 07-28-2019

Nothing wrong with that, the 60's through to the early 80's were easily the peak of quality music, its been downhill ever since Big Grin

It can't be your final delivery as you are still hunting down the Tomy tractor trailer set

There’s always the reunion tour! And when that can’t happen, the tribute band tour.

I dunno. I’ve just spent this past weekend learning the bass part to Schism by Tool and it’s a pretty darn awesome song. Of course, the album it’s from (Lateralus) is almost 20 years old! I also really enjoyed The Killers back in the day, although they were pretty 80s New Wave inspired and again, their big hits are almost 20 years old.

Back on topic, I’m really looking forward to seeing all these Motor Tomica vehicles running on the layout in a future video.

A long, long time ago
I can still remember how that music used to make me smile
And I knew if I had my chance that I could make those people dance
And maybe they'd be happy for a while

But February made me shiver
With every paper I'd deliver
Bad news on the doorstep

I couldn't take one more step

I can't remember if I cried
When I read about his widowed bride

But something touched me deep inside
The day the music died
