Trackmaster Arry n Bert 2014 redesign. - Ucwepn - 06-17-2014
Hi all I have found these on ebay and I have the pair on the way for review, the previous version (if you didn't know) used the older diesel 10 type of drive unit running from a C size battery.
These new versions use the Paxton/Diesel 2012 design, a flat drive unit running from a single AA battery and feature slightly different side graphics and the newer animated faces.
Hopefully this means more new conventional locomotives are on the way along side the new range which I hate.

fingers crossed! i had another look and wont buy them as i already have the older units. thought they had new faces, but they dont, lol

Not into faces really but these are very nicely done. Certainly a lot nicer than the flat Diesel face.

my friend only has arry. he said it runs well but quite noisy.it's also faster than the older version.

That is the first thing I would do, off with the faces. Then I would erase the lettering down the sides...... It would also be a good candidate for flashing LEDs!
