Who is this Character? - Super - 11-24-2017 I know this is Plarail Capsule but I don't recognize this character. Who might he/she be? ![]() RE: Who is this Character? - sunhuntin - 11-24-2017 one of the new "world travel" ones, vinnie. http://ttte.wikia.com/wiki/Vinnie RE: Who is this Character? - MuddyPoppins - 11-24-2017 Very cool design except for the dual 60's era football helmet face guards!! Lol RE: Who is this Character? - Super - 11-24-2017 @Sunhuntin Thanks, boy he doesn't sound like a nice character for sure. @Muddy Thats funny. Wonder does the real train (if there is one) Vinnie is modeled after have those face guards and if it does, what are they there for, guards, hand rails? RE: Who is this Character? - leylandvictory2 - 11-24-2017 Super, Vinny is based on Canadian National Railway's U-4-a 6400 class. One of the units has been preserved and put on display at the Canada Science and Technology Museum in Ottawa. I happened to have a photo of it. See below. Yes, it has face guards. It is probably used to help maintenance workers to change the light bulbs or something. ![]() RE: Who is this Character? - Super - 11-24-2017 Well that could make sense. A worker could stand on the lower rail while holding on to the upper to inspect or repair. |
