Quite likely, I can't think of many people with a big enough house to put these sort of layouts in.

We've seen that before and I do not think we will build a City.
We will buy pieces but not assemble them into actual city layout.
We do have that Trolley

Thats the solution for you AC......you need to lease out a vacant Warehouse......this is so simple.....why didn't we think of this before?

You need only sell a couple of the hundreds of F-Units you own to more than pay for it.
