Mysterious coach - ROKMAN1445 - 04-27-2017
In my minuscule O scale collection, I own this Northern Pacific observation coach. It seems to be a custom model, as the red and black logo reflects light when aimed at light, but no other decals do this. Could you identify this coach's origin?

Another hint or two that may help:
-The underside has the same 'LIONEL' logo style as a Lionel HO scale model.
-The bogies have yellow and black wires coming from holes on the underside.
-The model does not light up on Lionel FasTrack, but makes up for this with smooth running.
-A piece of the rear bogie has snapped off.
-The coupler can rotate without the bogie needing to rotate.
Remember, I have no idea how this model came to be. This ain't a guessing game.
