an old school tip-off - sunhuntin - 02-17-2017 a fellow club member messaged me this morning asking for a rough price of a tomy thomas medium set. she was helping a friend set up for a yard sale and had un-earthed it. i gave her a rough price of $20, assuming it was complete and the bridge wasnt broken. she invited me around to have a look, and i couldnt resist. i didnt actually have a boxed example of this set, though i must have loads of them in parts. the bridge was mint, and thomas runs well. i was more than happy to pay what i had quoted, and would have felt like a dummy trying to negotiate my own estimate. lol. yeh, i know. not very exciting, but its been ages since i added tomy to the collection. Just something nice to keep as is in my opinion and 'play' with th existing used items
