Most dramatic layout destruction ever? - DalaGStanator - 01-08-2017 This short video was most likely taken at a Plarail expo, and shows two people demolishing a Plarail layout. https://twitter.com/SonanLine/status/769450065383399425 All it took was forcibly pulling the two green sheets undeneath and the whole thing "exploded" as if they nuked it. Found on Twitter. RE: Most dramatic layout destruction ever? - Super - 01-08-2017 I am wondering if that is an easier way to pack away one of those layouts. Seems like a lot of bending over now sorting out all the pieces to place in storage containers but I guess these folks have lots of experience in building and taking these down that they would know the fastest way. RE: Most dramatic layout destruction ever? - Miksolo - 01-08-2017 That's not very dramatic. I think a cool way would be bringing it to an anti-gravity room and watching all the pieces slowly float apart, or putting a non-lethal air bomb in the center of the layout, and have tracks go flying in all directions. RE: Most dramatic layout destruction ever? - drewbenn - 01-10-2017 From their reactions, I feel like they were expecting something else to happen. It looked like they might have been trying that old parlor trick where you pull away the tablecloth and leave all the dishes on the table. Hopefully it was at least at the *end* of the show! |
