I need some information. Could someone please tell me how the snow covered Diesel was sold. i.e., By himself or in a set, or with just a single wagen or truck. Thanks in advance.

For some reason, I have it in my head, that he only came with one black, snow splattered, troublesome truck but I could be mistaken. Hopefully our experts can help out for sure especially with pictures.

As hinted in the image, it's actually meant to depict quarry dust, which makes sense considering the stone truck.
