Something New from Tokyo Disney? - Super - 07-22-2016

Have not heard of this new release from Plarail and Tokyo Disney. Another new Western River Railway Train in the Toy Story Theme. Cute but the engine looks kind of plain or maybe its just me. Don't think I have seen a whole layout with these Disney Western releases before. This is different from the recently released Toy Story Electric Railway Tram set in the last picture below.

As I saw before, the Toy Story Mania exists in real life (including the Woody head). Is the giant Slinky also based on a real Tokyo Disney attraction?

Good question DalaGStanator, my searching didn't turn up anything on a real version of this at Tokyo Disneyland. My uneducated guess though is that because all the other trains exclusively available at the Tokyo Disney Park are modeled after one of their real trains or trams and since the Toy Story attraction is a relatively new addition to their park, is that they have repainted one of their existing Western River Railroad trains in this theme. I hope that we will see pictures of a real one popping up on the Internet soon.
