Hi it is a new set released May 10th of 2014 available at the PLARAILSHOP in Japan only limited edition. I was thinking about trying to get one.
it is a replica of the Tokyo Station Marunouchi Building!

Thanks guys for this heads up.
I do like the idea and the looks of the row of building like that if it didn't look so obviously under scale. I wonder if the back side is a train station platform. Plarail/Tomy keeps up with new and interesting works like this is certainly good news for us.

Here is a video of an unboxing of this set however it is in Japanese...
