doesnt look like it to me. looks like track from one of those battery operated steam train sets that appear around christmas. only way to know for sure is to ask if theres any stamps saying tomy or thailand.

Thanks guys. I didn't think they were but there is so much knowledge with the members here and I have been enlightened many times of some things that were rare or limited editions that I had no idea of and I thought maybe that was the case here.
