Anyone know of a good place to try to locate a D-51 stateside (USA)? The last one I ordered from Japan (2 months ago) never showed up and I'm really wanting one asap

Nowhere Stateside that I know of. Hopefully someone else knows of a seller that can help you out.

All I can suggest is look on Amazon for plarail and then filter by 'Prime', if they have any local stock of any plarail items it will show up there. Most items will be sold by Japanese sellers, but if they are like the UK site they do have the occasional item locally for some reason, thats where I found some of the items I wanted

Thank you so much Nigels for the tip on Amazon. I have wanted a way to search Amazon USA for just products that were available domestically but never figured out how. It use to be so easy before when Amazon did not sell internationally but now there could be hundreds of listings from sellers all over the world and until now I didn't no how to filter them out. You just need to find the right seller. I ordered a 50th anniversary Yamanote line commuter in August. Haven't got it since. You should check your local post office. Maybe it's collecting dust.
