Huge Score TnA Engines !! Talk n Action!! - ripley802 - 12-08-2015
About a month ago I won an Auction for a TnA Thomas and then from the same Seller a TnA Percy. I could have been content with that, but after having a few of these now, i really like them, so much so, i asked the seller what all he had. I ended up purchasing the original 2 mentioned above, plus another thomas which had repaired wires, and then the following:
- TnA James - Complete, runs but needs cleaned up a bit
- TnA James x 2 - Both of these are in Parts, but they look to be complete, just need cleaned up, and re-assembled.
- TnA James - Probably only for parts, does not look complete.
- TnA Thomas x 2 - Both seem to all be there, just need assembled
- TnA Thomas x 2 - Probably both are for parts, one is more complete than the other, but still lacking some.
- TnA Percy Mail car shell - this was the only part of TnA Percy in the lot.
I will post some pictures soon once i get to it, but if anyone needs a specific part, let me know and i will try an help. I will likley be repairing and testing the ones that are fixable then may sell them to recoup a bit on the lot. I can post something in the Trading Zone or just PM me.
Also receive Lor1 which was nice as I did not have that one.
And one final thing. A HUGE Thanks to Nigel for pulling all this together for me. Nigel and I worked on getting this huge lot in addition to some items he sent me, shipped over without having to pay an arm and a leg (just the leg...)

With all of those parts and the knowledge you are obtaining, pretty soon you will be able to open up your own TnA Repair Shop

Yeah, I am still hoping to put something together as far as a repair guide, at least for James and Thomas. These are very complex but that is what makes it interesting. I am even getting down to the speaker replacement on them.

You and your TnA, ripley. I have built a repair shop before, but it only acted as a long shed.

I know, I know.. Seriously I first thought they were a little cheesy, but after getting my first one and then the wrest that followed combined with fixing them it has swayed me to the other side. Hoping now to get one of each accent including the Henry and Gordon. We will see though.

I spoke too soon on the two parts James being complete. I completely overlooked one of them not having the body and they both are missing the wheels.
. On a side note I did win a Jauce auction which was all TnA. More to come on that later. Thanks to Muddy for clarifying a few things and the advice.
