Plarail Seibu Red Arrow - Super - 10-29-2015
Hope I hadn't asked this question before. Was the Plarail Seibu Red Arrow a limited release and maybe only at a certain station? Don't think it was a regular production model as I don't see a model number on the box.I occasionally see these come up and the bidding seems to be popular for new ones. I don't think this is a new release as this video was made in 2013.
