Info on this set - Tharazero1 - 09-26-2015

Hi guys I need info on this early plarail Thomas set
It is called Plarail Henry the Green Engine Set

It looks like an early set because of the box art and the Henry as it doesn't have the white running plate
Here is a photo of it

Can anyone get some info on this set for me
Please

That sure does look vintage and has one of those short tunnels. I would be interested in some info also.

RE: Info on this set - Gerisplarail1 - 09-26-2015

It is just an old Henry Set it comes with the standard First release of Tomy Henry, I have him he is great. This is just a set for beginners so they get track and destinations right off the bat. Hope this helps the set is quite rare BNIB otherwise open and used it really offers nothing that cannot be gotten elsewhere/ I would measure that the Box would be worth more to collectors than what it contain.

Thanks Gerisplarail1 for the info, I am just thinking, could you find one of these sets on Jauce or is it really rare to find anywhere?

if you were to find it somewhere Jauce would be the place, but I have no idea what it would cost I have never seen one on my Jauce searches you would have to check weekly and see if one comes up.

this set is the docks that comes with cranky and Thomas. This is was very popular and is very rare.
This also came from Thomas at the Docks Deluxe by Tomy and all 3 Ultimate sets by TOMY.
This is the rarest one Smile

I'm almost 100% percent sure I saw this set in almost mint condition on jauce, and I think it was also discussed here in a different thread yesterday. After drooling over it for a bit, I left it, only because the starting bid was almost $1000!

Ah, here it is:

Expensive, but it looks great.
